Try and enrol yourself in acting classes, if you think that it is what you wish to do, then go for it. It comes with a lot of struggle, so be prepared. -
Acting comes naturally to a person. No one can teach you to act. If you can act well you can act well, if you cannot, you simply cannot. A person can only give your acting a particular direction.
If you want to improve your skills try enacting particular scenes from movies or extracts from books in front of a mirror. See how good it is and try to improve what you are doing wrong. Try saying various sentences in different tones and manners.
