In my opinion, you are completely eligible, but for it, you have to clear CAT examination. However, you never mentioned how much time gap you have from passing 12th class. Study hard, you can do it.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA in finance. For that, you can take the CAT or you can do it from any private college. You are eligible for both.
