2 years agoHello Heramb, yes, transfers are possible. Between two colleges coming under the same university. Between two colleges coming under different universities also. There is a procedure laid down for this. However private colleges put illegal roadblocks since they feel that they are losing a paying customer. However, the administrative department is bound to help you with information and also in assisting you in your request. Best wishes to you.
