I don't think any good college provide B.Tech course through distance education mode. May be some private college provide but before applying for it check the validity of the college and the course.

B.Tech is a practical based Science course which can't be offered in distance mode write now in India by any institute or University. However, you have an option to take admission in part-time B.Tech or BE courses offered by many colleges and Universities. Good Luck.
