I want to take admission for mass media communication course. Which will be the best institute under average fees & no entrance test?

Hi Ujjawal,
There is no institute/university that does not conduct an entrance exam for a practical intensive course such as mass communication. You will have to appear for the entrance exam, no matter which institute it is. About the fee, you may consider government-run institutes like Delhi University, Jamia Milia University, BHU, Kurukshetra University, etc.
