No, Banasthali University does not allow admissions in second year. If you want admission for B.Com, you will have to repeat First year.

Your question is seems to be little confusing. According to me there are two aspects of your questions first is you've clear your B.Com 1st year at different university and want to take admission in another if this so then you should consult your university many university let there students to change the university and many not. Second is you want to take direct admission in second year if this so then you can not do this you've to clear your first year to go in second year . Hope this will help.
