Delhi University is the best for B.Ed.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidates with at last 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree and / or in the Masters degree in sciences/ social sciences/ humanities/ Bachelors in engineering or technology with specialisation in Science and mathematics with 55% marks
