Go for Lovely Professional University because for B.Tech, LPU is having a good crowd with the good value of education at its best along with the placements record as well with top class faculty.
    All the best.

For finding out the best for you, you need to go through reviews over the web. It's very important, because it also depends on which branch of engineering you would like to opt for. Search for a number of colleges or universities and then one by one go through the reviews of the courses offered. The placement records, admission process, eligibility criteria and all. Once you have shortlisted a few apply for admission and write the entrance. Also, don't stop going through the reviews over the web. Join the one you really feel like suitable as per the branch chosen, fee structure and placement records.
    All the best.
