Try for good reputed private institutions like
1. Amity University
2. Manipal University
3. OP Jindal University Raigarh (www.opju.ac.in)

As ur rank is not too good for the admission in top IIT/NIT's but on the basis of the qualifying exam u can get the scholarship if your score is more than 70% otherwise u can also get admission through entrance exam which are conducted by a lot of universities/institutes
