I want to take admission in BCA? Is this a good career option? And is there any entrence exam for BCA?

Yes, if you are interested in IT field, then go for BCA, it is good option.
even you can opt for BCA+MCA integrated course.
the time period for integrated course is 5yr, means you will sav your one year.
even you can persue MBA-IT after BCA
Decision up to your intereste.

BCA is categorized lower than BE B.tech usually. Also depends on reputation the institute/University you graduate from.
