2.5% is usually deducted on the inclusion of the additional subject. this can differ from college to college and you should check the brochure to know about the method of calculation of percentage

I dont think your percentage should be deducted. Rest i will advice you to once go through the guidelines of your college through the website or whatever medium is available to you. Good luck.
