I want to take Admission in M.Tech so pls suggest me which university is best MDU,Rohtak or KSOU and also tell me about KSOU
I was Completed my MCA, Graduation From MDU and first time plan to take admission in KSOU so tell me what Should I DO?

Go for regular course and MDU, rohtsk is a good university and KSOU is an open university....so i prefer you to go for MDU, rohtak... First preference will be given to regular course students when going for interviews..
