I want to take admission in mass communication but most of the renowned colleges have either closed entrance or they are offering journalism
Is there any college left in which I could still get admission, please help ASAP!

Only reputed colleges has closed down their admissions, you can pursue BA / MA (Mass Communication and Journalism) Two Years Duration Course from any Arts & Science College now where admissions are still open. They admit on Merit.
