I want to take admission in production engg. in Diploma via distance at U P Rajarshi Tandon Open University. What should I do?

I have worked at the post of shift in-charge in animal feed plant since last 8+ years. My qualification: 10th passed + I have done 1-year ITI in electrical trade & want to do production engineering Diploma, is it possible? If yes, kindly suggest some institutes.
