I want to take admission to another university, will my gap year affect me?

I am currently pursuing B.Com from DU but I do not like it and want to take admission in Ashoka University for BA in political science, will it going to affect my admission?

    You will have to justify the gap of 1 year and also give some valid reason for switching over the institute.
