I want to take B.Tech CSE branch, which college should I choose SRM University or Delhi Technical University or CBIT?

SRM provides top placements, top faculty members as well as good infrastructure but the university fee is very high. If you choose economically, then DTU will be the best. DTU also provides good placements.
