I want to take physical science with chemistry as my course but i'm from bio stream should i get this course or not?

Yes you can but you would have to face the disadvantage of changing the stream .

Yes, you can surely apply for B.Sc. in Physical Sciences with Chemistry from Dyal Singh College even having Biology stream.
For that you need a minimum of 45% marks in Best 4 subjects to apply.
