I want to take SAT. Which date should I prefer? Should I take it for the 18-19 series? What kind of preparation do I need?

Ludwig Maximilian University expects SAT scores for some programs only. The university ask for a proof of high school completion as a qualification. Students have to submit documents like transcripts, resume, English and German language requirements.

While SAT and ACT are indeed recoognized by the University of Sydney with completion of a secondary or high school qualification, its not mandatory for Indian students to submit the same. USYD recognizes Indian qualifications like AISSCE or CISCE and has stated the required grade equivalent for programs. Students can check the same on the official website.

For the UG course at Illinois Tech, this institution is not too fussy about the SAT scores. But international students can submit these scores if they want to under the code 1318 for SAT and 1040 for ACT scores submission. 

The institution evaluates an application based on the holistic application, considering the pointers given below for admissions - 

• High GPA 
• Good coursework in high school 
• Essays on the basis of the quality of response, being able to show the academic interest and why they are the perfect fit for IIT Chicago. 

FLAME has an internal assessment process that considers various parameters for selection of candidates. Test score is one of these selection parameters. Candidates can still expect admission if they have an average score in the entrance test. Candidates can also apply for FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT) for admissions.

Universities usually do not give minimum SAT cutoff for admissions. So applicants should check the previous year's trends. Based on those scores, prepare and set a goal.
