i want to take up biotechnology but i failed in my bridge course exam.I scored 94% in intermediate.Will i be able to get a seat in CBIT?

Does B.tech in biotechnology require bridge course passing in all the colleges?.And do they at least consider failing in bridge even if it requires to be passed?If not,please list out the colleges which do not consider bridge course as a requirement.
