I want to withdraw my admission from M.Sc. (chemistry). Please help!

I have qualified for IIT JAM I was currently doing M.Sc. From du Ramjas college. I want to withdraw my admission. How can I proceed due lockdown clgs are closed. I want my migration Certificate. Please help.
