I want to work as a cabin crew. Which is the best institute for cabin crew training? Is this training really necessary?

If you meet the criteria, try a walk-in for any airline first. This training will anyway be done by your Airline before they send you on an actual flight with passengers. You will go through a 12 months rigorous training process under the airline once you get hired regardless of any previous training.
