Hi, You can have one year post-graduate diploma in HR from any institute which is reputed. Meanwhile, do MOOC in HR.

MOOC is a massive open online course. Sure the chances of your hiring will be brighter provided, you posses the right skill set.

Hello Sushmita, As you already having 5 years of working experience and MBA Finance degree, then you can do executive MBA in HR of one year duration. It will be best for you than any other certification course.
