I WANT TO WORK IN BIGGEST COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE,TATA AS THIRE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT SO THIS IS POSSIBLE TO GET THIS JOB EASILY IN THIS FIELD

No, not that easy unless you prove yourself to be academically very good and can exhibit good knowledge if you happen to get a chance for interview there, or if you have an aaquaintance there to facilitate the matters. I suggest you gain useful experience somewhere else and then try in bigger organizations.
