I want to work in cosmetic company like ponds,lakme,Himalaya.I have done BTech in biotech.What course should i do in masters for that ?

I have done a BTech in Biotech this year,but now i want to work in a cosmetic company like L'oreal where they make chemical or herbal based creams , powders & other such products.As i have a biotechnology background, what course should i do now at masters level so that i cud apply for thosecompanies
