You can appear for GATE-Statistics if you meet any one of the following:-

Completed or in Final Year of:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (any branch)

Bachelor's degree in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Applications

Master's degree in any relevant field (Math/Stats/CS/Applications)
