I wanted CSE or Information Science which I can get in NITTE(CSE)/BMSIT(Info)through CET but through PESSAT I can get ECE in PESU(RR campus)

Which is a better option? I know PESU is among Bangalore's best colleges and that is why I'm considering it though I'm not getting the branch I want. KCET rank : 7400 PESSAT rank : 1666

Join the college, which you want to take admission amongst the two without worrying about the branch, because branch can be shuffled after joining the college also. Many students use to change the branch after joining the college as per their field of interest.
