I wanted go know that if I can join any other college even if I have got alloted into my first preference. Round 3 possible in GLC? 2020.

I'm from Aurangabad, MH. I cleared my HSC in 2020 and secured 56.40%. I appeared for CET Law and secured 77 marks with rank of 752. Due to some confusion I put my 1st preference in the list as some other college in A'bad but it was supposed to be glc Mumbai. Please tell me if GLC round 3 possible.
