I wanted to ask if it is possible for a GATE qualified student to study abroad?My all india rank of GATE is 89?
Which universities abroad allow post graduation to such GATE qualified students?

No sir, Normally, GATE is an All India Level Examination for admissions to PG Courses in various colleges in India. You will have to appear for IELTS/TOEFL/GRE depending on the country.
