I wanted to do B.Tech from CSE (AI) but I can't clear cutoff for any decent college. Are there any good affordable colleges for me?

I got a terrible score in JEE & just 60% in CBSE boards. I've been a good student & I know I can do well in college. My parents won't let me take a drop so I just want to get a decent enough college.
