You should go in Canada and choose CS as your core subject. CS is a demanding programme and can land you in a good company with high salary. -
It totally depends upon the course you want. If its M.Tech or M.E you can go for Canada Germany and many countries. While when it comes to medical Russia and UK is one of the best choices.
