i wanted to do M.B.A in U.K.i got invitation from cardiff,coventry and aberdeen universitys. does them provide placements,can i get job?

i just completed my B.com now. i wanted to do M.B.A in U.K.i got invitation from cardiff,coventry and aberdeen universitys. does them provide placements,is it safe to join for M.B.A in U.K now.does i have enough job opportunities in U.K after comleting my course or should i choose another country.
