i wanted to do PGDM in HR but i am a bit confused whether there is 100% placement in HR in this college or not??

    Hi Namrata.
    As per my information, till now out of 120 HR students only 70 are placed and 50 are in recruitment phase . Yes, HR placement are bit not going on the track but placements are totally depend on a candidate capabilities. You must also see that 70 HR are placed. Still BIMM HR will surely attain 100% placement till end march.

    Hi,Right now market is not so good or HR colleges are struggling in placement of HR student. Right now in SBS 50% HR are placed with average package of 7 lacs. Placements are going on.
    I will suggest you that if academics is good then only apply for HR.

    If your interest lies in HR, then you should not worry about the placements. Mostly it is noticed that companies prefer srudents with an academic background of 60% throughout when it comes to the recruitment of HR students, So yes if you have 60% throughout in your academics, Then it will be an added benefit for you. Placements are good in HR, with an Average package of 5.8 lakhs with more than 90% placements. I hope that answers your query. All the best
