Yes you can pay fees online but first you have to register yourself and confirm about you r admission after that you can pay fees online

Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) - Pune
Registration fees can be paid online through SCDL Apply Online Portal.
To pay the fees online you have to create your account by signing in on the page.
