I wanted to know if we can re-appear for NTSE in 2013, even if we have appeared in it in 8th in 2011? (I've not cracked stage 1!)

NTSE is an important examination and a tough challenge to students, I appeared in it in 2011 when I was in 8th, but now NTSE is available only for class 10th students and I wish to crack it in 2013, please tell if we can reappear in it ? (I was unable to crack its first level in 2011)
