I wanted to know in which college can I get admission in based on my JEE score and rank in Pune, Maharashtra.
My JEE Mains 2021 percentile is 74.89. my CRL rank is 234561 and obc-ncl rank is 74613. The field in want is B.Tech CSE plain.

No, I don't think you will get CSE in some decent college in Pune. Better try using siksha college predictor. Actual results may vary from the prediction given.
