I wanted to know my chances of admission for MS in civil engineering and/MBA programs in USA or UK.

I am prateek, graduate alumnus of uttaranchal University. I completed my Bachelors in civil engineering with 70% in the year 2018. I was associated with a private construction company for 9 months. Later, I appeared for my IELTS in Nov'19 and scored 8band. I have 8+ backlogs. Kindly rate my chances.
