i wanted to know the procedures n the conditions to change the course from CS to MECH after the completion of 1st year B.E in a coll(bangalore) affiliated to VTU(belgaum) n i also wanted to know under wat conditions i cannot change my course.

u must have a first class score of 60+ in 1st year...but if u havnt cleared even 1 subject,u'll no b allowed to change...u need a clear passing in all the subs
