I wants to start a institute where the students can learn different professions. to start this type of P-Institute, how to get recognition?

so many students persue academic education, but when they come to do any job, they dont get. some people r there, who wants do starrt thrier intrested profeesion, but they dont have the knowlecge to be perfect in their intrested profesion. to guid them & to support them i wants to start an insitute,
