Hi. To do a P.Hd you would need to submit a thesis and getting admission for a P.Hd course is difficult. Can you let me know in which field you have completed your master's degree? You can forward us your academic documents along with the thesis which will help us move forward in this direction. For

Please, get full particulars of CSIR and UGC NET and there will be financial assistance from the university if you have good academic merit.
