I was a pcm student and cleared 12th in 2021 but now I want to be eligible for NEET what should I do?

<p>You can definitely apply for NEET. As per the official notice released by NMC, the eligibility criteria of NEET 2024 is stated as, "Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology &amp; English shall be eligible for appearing in NEET-UG." The revised decision will also apply to candidates whose previous applications for the Eligibility Certificate were rejected based on the criteria outlined in this public notice. Moreover, candidates becoming eligible after this notice's publication date will be allowed to appear in NEET-UG-2024. In an official announcement made by the National Medical Commission (NMC) on March 9, it was stated that the upper age limit for NEET candidates has been removed.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Under the revised eligibility criteria for NEET UG, students who have completed their 10+2 exams with physics, chemistry, and mathematics combinations are now eligible to appear for the exam. It is important to note that candidates must have also passed biology or biotechnology as an additional subject at the 10+2 level from any recognised board to be eligible. This means that if you have studied biology or biotechnology as an additional subject, you are eligible to apply for NEET 2024. Additionally, candidates must meet other eligibility criteria such as being at least 17 years of age as of December 31, holding Indian, NRI, or OCI nationality, and achieving a minimum aggregate of 50 percent (for General &amp; OBC category) or 45 percent for Reserved category candidates.</p>

<p>Based on the revised eligibility criteria for NEET, candidates who have studied Biology or Biotechnology as an additional subject are also eligible to appear for NEET. Hence, if you have studied Biology or Biotechnology subject as additional subject also, you can apply for NEET 2024. Along with that, you must also ensure that you fulfill the other eligibility criteria for NEET such as the lower age limit of 17 years of age as on December 31, nationality (Indian, NRI or OCI). Along with that, you must have obtained 50 per cent aggregate (for General &amp; OBC category) and 45 per cent for Reserved category candidates.&nbsp;</p>
