You may register yourself with job sites such as Naukri, Jobs assist, Monster, Shine . Also watch leading newspapers and Employment News. An immediate solution would be to get in touch with your computer institute where you studied java. If it is a private institute, they may be willing to accept you as trainees. There's no room for disillusionment as hard work and dedication can only bring success.

    Hi Vinod,
Don't be disheartened. Try to find out the reasons of your failure. I mean see if you get rejected in Apti rounds, Interviews or GD's. So, focus on your weak points. For example, if you notice you are regularly getting rejected in 1st round itself, work harder on aptitude. If its GD, work more on your Communication skills & intellectual skills & if its Interview again try to make sure that you are thorough with Basics. Don't jump to advanced just stick to basics & you will surely make it.
All the best & let me know if you know further guidance.
    Thanks,
    Vikash
