I was completed my B.Tech with CSE. I should not want to go for IT Jobs, I am also weak in studies which course is best for my feature?

If you are not interested in IT jobs, you can go for an MBA, this may help you shift your career.

You studied a technical field with plenty of opportunities, if you want to enter a non technical area then MBA or PGDM would be your best choice.
