I was detained in B.Tech 2-2 ECE due to irregularity. Is it necessary to give an explanation to any company or to any personnel?

Dos this creates any problem to my career? Does this spot a bad remark in my graduation certificate? Is there any problem in getting a job after B.Tech? I got 78% of marks in 1st year & 77% of marks in 2-1. Please clear my doubt. I was doing B.Tech from JNTU Kakinada.
