With 65% you need to give LPU-NEAT entrance test. If you score good in that you may be provided you scholarship too.
Eligibility for B.Tech is:
Pass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with P
