I was droped out in 2nd year b tech and now, im interested to complete my education again Can I get admission in 2nd year with same college?

Hello Shubham, yes indeed. You just need to approach the college and state the reason as to why you had to drop out. Then just pay fees and rejoin the college. Best wishes to you.
