I was finish my +2 at 2008, now Im at abroad, i would like to do civil engineering as distance education, will you guide me please.
I was passed +2 biology science with 58% @ 2008 and now im at abroad, can i do civil engineering by distance education?
Now im working as an under water diver from last 8 years.

Engineering is hardly offered through distance, you will need to attend a few classes atleast. Check IGNOU website if they have any provision.
