I Was having one back log in my b.com which will be cleared in nov, am i eligible to appear in nmat exam?

Yes you are eligible, subject to condition that it gets cleared by the time your documents are verified in the month of March. As your backlog would get cleared by November, there is no issue for nmat as such.
