i was interested in c s branch but i could not get into it now i'm in mechanical

can i became software engineer like c s students and can i study higher studies like c s related subjects

many students have this problem even wen i was studying i have i.t. and i want m.e. anyways for ur answer i must say that if u can change ur branch then change it otherwise make interest in it and do work hard in m.e. because it needs that and for ur interest in csc. for that u can try side by side
