I was not a math student in 12th I want to do B.Sc. IT, so can I opt maths as subject in B.Sc. IT?

You can opt if college is allowing you. However without having the intermediate knowledge of Mathematics can make your B.Sc. IT little bit difficult. Hence needs some wise decision.
