I was not having maths in 12th and did my BCA from YCMOU through distance mode. Can I do MCA from any university, from NIT or from IIT?

Yes, you can still apply for a BA History even if your class 12th result is awaited. You will be under provisional admission. This means you will have to submit a passing certificate once the result is out.
